Should Rich people give money to poor people?

Firstly i think that rich people need to give money to poor people so the poor people can by food for their families and kids. Rich people need to give money to poor people so they can by house is. Surly rich people don’t need all that money poor people deserve some money and poor people don't have any jobs to get money. So i think that rich people need to give money to poor people so they have money to spend on clothes.
